MU Reviews - McGill Underground’s Own Teacher Evaluation Site
October 21, 2006 on 6:01 pm | No Comments | posted by AndrewJust a quick reminder that McGill Underground has a site where you can post reviews about your teachers/classes at McGill. We never get to see the “official” reviews that we write at the end of each semester - we think students should have access to the information that they provide. Check out www.mcgillunderground.com/mureviews and add your two cents when you have the time.
Park ave to be renamed - protest on Saturday
October 19, 2006 on 5:54 pm | 5 Comments | posted by AndrewHere is more info about the name change in the Montreal Gazette Article HERE
Here is more info about the protest found on the McGill classifieds:”There will be a huge rally to save Park Avenue on Saturday October 21, at exactly 2pm in front of the war memorial statues on Mount Royal. Check the website for more information. For those of you who don’t know the situation, Gerald Tremblay (Mayor of Montreal) has decided to change the name of Park Avenue to Robert Bourassa Ave, without any type of public discussion. This is tyranny, and we must stand up for ourselves.”
